In this role, you will drive the design, integration, and evolution of AI-powered solutions across healthcare back-office and enterprise systems. Your expertise will be crucial in defining the end-to-end AI architecture and establishing integration frameworks for multiple chatbots and AI services. You will create scalable capabilities that enhance clinical operations, revenue cycles, and patient engagement. As a leader, you will be instrumental in improving efficiency and productivity by aligning IT applications with business processes.Accountabilities

• Drive the design and integration of AI solutions in healthcare systems.
• Define AI architecture and establish integration frameworks.
• Map relationships between information systems components.
• Identify key interactions and dependencies across platforms.
• Evaluate architecture alternatives for total cost of ownership and ROI.
• Support AI initiatives across various enterprise analytics projects.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree + 8 years of relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 8+ years in enterprise architecture or solution architecture, with at least 4 years focusing on AI/ML in healthcare.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide AI transformation in large health systems.
• Proficient in AI/ML frameworks, MLOps toolchains, and container orchestration.
• Deep understanding of API-first design and microservices architecture.
• Demonstrated integration of conversational AI technologies.
• Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards and data privacy regulations.
