You will oversee multiple moderately complex programs, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and execution plans. The position requires a strong ability to translate strategy into structured project plans while maintaining clarity, coordination, and momentum across teams. You will act as a key connector between business stakeholders and delivery teams, helping shape outcomes through thoughtful planning and communication. Operating in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, you will bring structure to ambiguity and ensure programs are delivered effectively. Your work will directly contribute to improving sales processes, tools, and customer-facing experiences at scale.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating end-to-end project execution across multiple sales-related programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and delivery goals. Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee the execution of moderately complex projects across the full project lifecycle (PMLC), ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Support the definition, documentation, and communication of project plans, requirements, and deliverables across stakeholders.
- Partner with business teams to understand objectives and translate them into actionable project structures and milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and dependencies.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks while maintaining transparency and regular reporting on project health.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment across business units and contributors.
- Support solution design and process improvements related to sales programs, tools, and operational workflows.
- Contribute to the design and refinement of presentations, enablement materials, and program communications.
This role requires a combination of program management experience, business acumen, and strong communication and design capabilities. Candidates should have:
- 2+ years of experience in project or program management, sales operations, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the project lifecycle (PMLC) and experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured project plans and deliverables.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in presentation and design tools such as Adobe InDesign and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creativity and problem-solving mindset to adapt solutions to evolving project needs.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Annual salary range of $60,000 to $97,125 based on experience and qualifications.
