- Lead and manage complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, performance metrics, and customer experience goals.
- Drive execution of strategic initiatives while balancing operational outcomes such as customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score, and internal performance commitments.
- Partner across enterprise teams and stakeholders to support strategic priorities, governance, and alignment of key processes.
- Contribute to long-term program vision, business case development, and multi-year strategic roadmaps for large-scale initiatives.
- Monitor program success metrics, report outcomes to stakeholders, and proactively implement corrective actions when needed.
- Support architecture and solution design discussions, contributing to problem-solving and technical decision-making.
- Engage in agile development practices including continuous integration, delivery, and deployment best practices.
- Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement cycles to enhance team performance and product outcomes.

- 5+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or strategic implementation roles.
- Strong background in leading cross-functional initiatives within complex organizational environments.
- Experience working with agile delivery models and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Solid understanding of insurance or financial services environments is preferred.
- Ability to translate business strategy into actionable execution plans and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience collaborating with technical teams and contributing to solution design discussions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership levels.
- Familiarity with reporting, performance tracking, and program governance frameworks.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $170,500 based on experience and qualifications.
