  • Collaborating with data analysts to build data pipelines and models for analytics and Power BI reporting.
  • Leveraging Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate) to deliver collaboration and workflow solutions.
  • Applying security best practices, including identity management with Microsoft Entra ID and secure-by-design principles.
  • Providing technical leadership, mentoring developers, and acting as a subject matter expert for Azure-based solutions.
  • Supporting DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated deployments.
  • Ensuring observability and operational excellence using monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.
Requirements

This role requires deep technical expertise in Microsoft cloud ecosystems, strong engineering practices, and the ability to operate in enterprise environments:

  • 8+ years of experience as a software or solution developer in enterprise environments.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.
  • Strong expertise in C#, .NET (6+), and ASP.NET Core, including API development and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and event-driven architectures.
  • Solid knowledge of SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Cosmos DB, including data modeling and optimization.
  • Experience with identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID, OAuth2, and MSAL.
  • Strong DevOps experience using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, including CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure as code (Bicep or ARM templates) and cloud-native Azure services.
  • Experience with Power BI data integration and collaboration with analytics teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
  • Leadership mindset with experience mentoring engineers and guiding technical delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Benefits
  • Remote-friendly work environment within the United States
  • Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise Azure and Microsoft 365 solutions
  • Exposure to modern cloud architecture, DevOps, and AI-enabled technologies
