Working across digital channels such as paid media, email, web, social, and events, you will ensure creative execution consistently supports pipeline growth and business objectives. The role blends strategic brand leadership with hands-on operational oversight, requiring both vision-setting and executional excellence. You will build and mentor an in-house creative team while reducing reliance on external agencies and improving speed, quality, and scalability of output. This is a highly visible leadership position ideal for a creative leader who thrives in performance-driven environments and enjoys building systems, teams, and impactful storytelling at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and own the end-to-end creative strategy, ensuring campaigns and assets drive awareness, engagement, and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Build, lead, and scale an in-house creative team, establishing workflows, processes, and standards to produce high-quality work at scale.
  • Partner closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Digital teams to align creative execution with campaign strategy and audience segmentation.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines while adapting creative execution for performance channels such as paid media, email, landing pages, and social platforms.
  • Establish a data-driven, test-and-learn culture using A/B testing, performance analytics, and audience insights to continuously optimize creative output.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and multiple concurrent projects while ensuring delivery speed without compromising quality.
  • Oversee creative review, QA, and approval processes, providing clear feedback and maintaining a high bar for craft and effectiveness.
  • Manage selective agency and freelance partnerships while reducing external dependency through internal capability building.
  • Present creative strategy and campaign concepts to senior stakeholders, clearly connecting creative decisions to business outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in B2B marketing, design, and AI-driven creative tools, integrating innovation into team practices.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in B2B creative, design, or marketing roles, with strong exposure to demand generation or performance marketing environments.
  • Proven experience building or scaling in-house creative teams within fast-growing organizations.
  • Strong track record of developing creative that directly drives pipeline, conversion, and measurable business impact.
  • Deep understanding of integrated B2B marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Experience tailoring creative and messaging for complex enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder audiences.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities, with experience mentoring and developing creative professionals.
  • Excellent portfolio demonstrating campaign-level creative across digital channels with clear performance outcomes.
  • Strong fluency in creative performance metrics and ability to translate data into creative optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-assisted design platforms.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced workloads.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to align creative strategy with business and marketing objectives.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range of $191,250 – $223,750 USD, based on experience and location.
  • Performance-based incentive opportunities including bonuses and commissions.
  • Employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible employees.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Flexible PTO policy, including sick time and paid holidays.
  • Up to 24 weeks of paid parental leave.
  • Monthly work and productivity stipend.
  • Life insurance and disability coverage provided for US employees.
  • Employee assistance programs, counseling access, and wellness benefits.
  • Remote work flexibility within eligible US locations.
