Working closely with content, research, and production teams, you will shape narratives that resonate with a global audience. • Lead the overall growth strategy across digital platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and WhatsApp, focusing on audience expansion and engagement.
• Define and oversee editorial direction and narrative positioning around macroeconomics, financial markets, and investment-related content.
• Manage and coordinate content production workflows, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output across teams.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, KPIs, and audience insights to continuously optimize content and distribution strategies.
• Lead cross-functional content, production, and research teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and execution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience scaling digital media platforms and building large online audiences across multiple channels.
• Strong knowledge of major content platforms including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Substack, and broader digital media ecosystems.
• Strong editorial judgment with the ability to shape compelling narratives and content strategies.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, macroeconomics, or investment-focused content is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing or coordinating content, media, or creative teams.
• Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or high-growth digital environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered media tools, automation workflows, or modern content production technologies.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking and optimizing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
