MEDICATION TECHNICIAN STAFFING COORDINATOR in Pomona, California at Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare

Manages and leads the residential medication technician staff to ensure proper medication administration and appropriate documentation and implementation of standard behavior management programs. Ensures a safe environment for clients and staff. Works with the program director to ensure adequate staffing of medication technicians. Assists the licensed staff in providing therapeutic interventions to develop functional daily living skills. The medication technician staffing coordinator will complete state approved standards of practice regarding medication assistance in a California Residential Care Facility.

Requirements: LVN and 2 years experience in working with disabled individuals preferred. Previous supervisory preferred. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Current First Aid certification. Ability to clear a criminal clearance from the Department of Justice as required by the licensure of this program.

Pay range: $21.00-$25.00/hour
