Accountabilities:

  • Identify and cultivate new revenue opportunities through strategic partnerships, channel development, and client expansion initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with stakeholders across fintech, digital commerce, legal services, and payment ecosystems.
  • Lead complex negotiations and structure high-value, multi-year partnership agreements aligned with strategic and financial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure successful execution and prioritization of business initiatives.

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, risks, and innovation opportunities within digital payments and regulated disbursement sectors.
  • Mentor and support cross-functional business development teams while driving alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders.
  • Advocate for innovative technologies, emerging payment platforms, and AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, channel partnerships, or strategic sales within fintech, payments, digital commerce, or related industries.
  • Proven success negotiating and closing complex, multi-year commercial partnerships with measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong understanding of digital payouts, specialty payments, regulated financial environments, or class action disbursement ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to own revenue targets, financial forecasting, and strategic growth planning at a senior leadership level.
  • Excellent executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional collaboration across legal, compliance, operations, finance, and product teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive innovation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with emerging fintech technologies, digital wallets, payout platforms, and AI-enabled business tools.
  • Ability to thrive within fast-paced, matrixed organizations while influencing teams and driving alignment across departments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field required; MBA or advanced business education preferred.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, processes, or business outcomes.
Benefits:
  • Remote work flexibility within eligible U.S. locations.
  • Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions.
  • Paid parental leave and generous paid time off programs.
  • Company-paid life, disability, accident, and illness insurance coverage.
  • Flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care expenses.
