In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through structured inside sales activities while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and conversion quality.
- Engage with inbound and pre-qualified leads to present and sell credit repair solutions based on individual customer credit profiles.
- Follow structured sales scripts and processes to explain product benefits, address objections, and close deals effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Use CRM and sales tools such as Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ZOHO, and Hodu to manage leads and track performance.
- Maintain strong product knowledge in credit repair and financial services to provide accurate and confident customer guidance.
- Deliver empathetic, customer-focused conversations while ensuring a high standard of professionalism and compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates.
This role requires strong sales experience, particularly in financial services, along with excellent communication skills and a performance-driven mindset.
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, inbound sales, or customer service within financial or banking-related industries.
- Strong understanding of the US credit ecosystem, including credit cards, loans, credit scores, and reporting systems.
- Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and close sales in a structured, target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and customer-first approach.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and guide customers toward informed financial decisions.
- Experience using CRM platforms and digital sales tools in daily operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to customer needs.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setup.
- Willingness to learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and sales methodologies.
