• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems for GenAI-powered applications.
• Build distributed and event-driven architectures supporting real-time processing and analytics use cases.
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices ensuring high availability, low latency, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering and research teams to integrate infrastructure components with product features.
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, observability, and robust error-handling mechanisms.
• Optimize system performance, cost efficiency, and scalability across cloud-native environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making for new products and platform evolution.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support engineering best practices.
• Stay current with emerging backend, cloud, and AI infrastructure technologies to improve system capabilities.

• 7+ years of professional experience in backend or software engineering roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable backend systems in production environments.
• Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Node.js, Go, or Ruby.
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Flask, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or Express.js.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with RESTful and/or GraphQL API design and development.
• Strong understanding of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and modern DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and reliable system design.
• Preferred: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science or related field.
• Preferred: Experience in high-scale, AI/ML, or distributed systems environments.
