- Identify, assess, and mitigate operational and compliance risks, escalating issues when necessary
- Ensure clinical trials are conducted in alignment with global regulatory requirements and internal procedures
- Support inspection readiness activities and participate in health authority inspections and internal audits
- Drive trial-level process improvements and contribute to broader organizational optimization initiatives
- Mentor and support team members, fostering engagement, collaboration, and professional development
- Collaborate with quality and functional partners to ensure continuous compliance and execution excellence

- Proven leadership in matrixed, cross-functional, and global team environments
- Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills with a focus on execution quality
- Experience managing risk, compliance, and inspection readiness activities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to lead without formal authority and influence diverse teams
- Experience mentoring or coaching team members
- Willingness to travel approximately 15–20% as needed
- Competitive base salary range ($137,000 – $235,750 USD annually)
- Annual performance-based bonus eligibility
- Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance
- Life, disability, and supplemental insurance options
- Retirement benefits including pension and 401(k) savings plan
- Generous paid time off including vacation, sick leave, and holidays
- Additional paid personal and family time allowances
- Employee wellbeing, legal, and support programs
- Flexible, remote-first work structure with occasional travel.
