Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on heavy equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative service.
• Troubleshoot diesel, automotive, and electric systems.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure equipment meets operational standards.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Adhere to union guidelines, company policies, and safety regulations.
Qualifications
• Approximately 5 years of combined equipment experience (diesel, automotive, electric, or related fields).
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must supply own basic tools in accordance with union contract requirements.
Compensation
Union pay scale: $19.29 – $30.00 per hour, based on experience.
