Full-Time, Non-Exempt, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Position Summary

As a Strategic Project Coordinator (PMO), you’ll play a critical role in supporting high-impact initiatives across the organization. You’ll partner with Strategic Project Managers and cross-functional teams to track milestones, manage project data, support reporting, and ensure our project management tools (like ClickUp) are running smoothly.

Compensation & Benefits
● $22 to $24 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
● Maintain and update project documentation including project charters, schedules, action logs, and change logs
● Enter, validate, and manage project data in ClickUp (or similar project management software) to ensure accuracy and consistency
● Track milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and timelines to support on-time, in-scope project delivery
● Monitor action items and follow-ups to ensure accountability across cross-functional teams
● Build and maintain project dashboards and performance reports for PMO leadership and stakeholders
● Analyze project metrics and proactively flag risks, delays, or data inconsistencies
● Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
● Prepare meeting agendas, capture detailed notes, and document action items to keep projects moving
● Coordinate updates between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication
● Maintain stakeholder communication tracking in HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
● Identify opportunities to improve project workflows, reporting processes, and data accuracy
● Assist with development of templates, dashboards, SOPs, and documentation standards
● Support adoption and training related to project management tools and coordination processes
Required Qualifications
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination, data administration, operations support, or similar role
● Working knowledge of ClickUp or comparable project management tools (e.g., Asana,
Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira)
● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and reporting/presentation tools
● Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Basic understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
Preferred Qualifications
● Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO) or cross-functional project teams
● Experience with KPI tracking, dashboards, and project reporting
● Exposure to process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
