What would you do?

The Project Manager is part of our Public Cloud team. You will be responsible for the delivery of customer projects and drive the efforts of our team of cloud architects, cloud engineers, and application developers. You will own migration, application modernization and cloud advisory engagements, using your project management, team building, and organizational expertise. You will translate project outcomes into action plans, tracking and reporting progress along the way. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and expectation alignment at every step of the engagement.

Our fast-paced environment and focus on our customers means that you will consistently multi-task, reprioritize and effectively lead deliveries across various projects and customers. A successful candidate must possess the ability to think critically, be self-motivated, and deal with large amounts of ambiguity.

You should bring a solid background in project management, be detail oriented, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and be an exemplary communicator.

What are the details?

Basic Experience Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of customer-facing project management experience, preferably in cloud computing

  • Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools

  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification preferred

  • Experience managing migrations and application modernization with multiple stakeholders

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a STEM field, and/or Project Management, Agile, Scrum

General Knowledge and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud concepts

  • A proven track record of managing teams to complete projects on time

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences

  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail

  • Preference for a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous work environment with action-orientation and drive

  • Ability and emotional maturity to work in a productive and cooperative way with a variety of people; possess exceptional EQ

  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively while working on multiple projects simultaneously
