JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER

RFNOW Inc. is seeking motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Junior Project Manager. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin or grow their career in project coordination and construction project support.

You will work closely with Senior Project Managers, Junior Project Managers and field teams to assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking construction projects. This position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
• Support tracking of project progress, timelines, and documentation
• Help prepare reports, schedules, and project updates
• Coordinate with Internal crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Obtain &manage permits, Utility locates and approvals as required
• Maintain organized project records and documentation
• Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members
• Support general administrative and coordination tasks related to project delivery

Qualifications & Experience

• High school diploma required.
• Prior construction, coordination, or administrative experience is an asset but not required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, click before you dig) is an asset
• Willingness to learn and grow in a construction project environment
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to travel Monday to Friday
• Some weekends or after-hours work may be necessary.
• Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions.
• Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
• Dependable and trustworthy.
