Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and schedule shipments with carriers, freight companies, and internal teams to meet delivery deadlines

- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs paperwork, and shipping labels

- Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit

- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, inventory movements, and related documentation

- Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments regarding shipment status and requirements

- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure stock availability

- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements related to shipping and logistics

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain coordination

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Proficiency in shipping software

- Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international logistics (preferred)

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
