Bookkeeping & Accounting Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Banking and Accounting Specialist to join our finance team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our banking and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in bank bookkeeping, accounting, and banking operations, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate bank bookkeeping records
- Perform accounting tasks including reconciliations, ledger entries, and financial reporting
- Handle banking transactions and ensure compliance with financial policies
- Prepare and present financial data using Microsoft PowerPoint
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Access to analyze data, generate reports, and support financial decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial documentation and reporting
- Assist in audits and financial reviews as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bank bookkeeping, accounting, and banking operations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
