About This Position

Monday thru Friday DSP Position 2pm - 8pm
Direct Support Professional / Caregiver / DSP / Part-Time
We are looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP), for a Part Time Monday - Friday Position from 2pm - 8pm, to provide assistance and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for helping clients with daily living activities such as eating, dressing, and bathing. The DSP will also provide companionship and support in activities that promote independence and self-advocacy.
**Starting wage of $17
Requirements of Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver:
Valid Driver's License
High School Diploma or equivalent
Ability to Pass Background Check & Drug Screening
2 Years of Experience
Lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to maintain professional boundaries

Help adults with disabilities complete ADLs, including bending, stooping, lifting, transfers etc.

Monitor Health and Medical needs
Participate in activities and outings with clients
Assist with scheduling and transportation needs
Provide direct supervision to clients in a supportive and respectful manner
Monitor and document client progress
Follow safety and security protocols
Time managment skills
Basic computer skills
