About This Position

Description:

Reporting directly to the CEO of the company, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. This role serves as the primary point of contact both internally and externally with the CEO. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to senior management and other team members. The individual serving in this role must be creative and enjoy working within a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial environment that is customer focused, results-driven, team-oriented and cares about people. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant should have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and be able to work under pressure handling a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Marketing Collaboration:

The individual in this role would support Marketing in the creation of the CEO’s social media and conference content. These responsabilities would include:

Assistance with content creation and scheduling

Responding on behalf of the CEO to direct messages

Assisting in video and multimedia content planning, creation, and editing

Assisting with coordination of content for speaking engagements

Requirements:

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required

Strong work ethic with some experience supporting C-Level Executives

Experience and interest in internal and external communications

Proficient in Mac computer software (Pages, Numbers, Keynote, etc.), Google software (Google Drive, Documents, email, etc.), and ideally PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
