This role is focused on driving the success and growth of fintech and BNPL customers by managing their post-sales experience end-to-end. You will work closely with enterprise clients to optimize payments flows, increase product adoption, and ensure value realization. The position requires a combination of strategic account management, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration with technical, operations, and product teams. You will act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance, thought leadership, and proactive workshops to address complex business challenges. This role offers a dynamic environment where analytical rigor, customer advocacy, and operational discipline directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth.
Accountabilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of fintech and BNPL accounts, ensuring adoption, usage optimization, account health, renewals, and growth.
  • Partner with account executives and technical teams to deliver post-sale engagement, addressing product, payment, and technical challenges.
  • Develop tailored account plans, outlining strategy, priorities, and action steps for each customer.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, communicating requirements and feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
  • Conduct business reviews (QBRs, EBCs) to assess performance metrics, align on objectives, and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally, sharing insights to drive product innovation and improved user experience.
  • Identify and surface expansion opportunities within existing accounts to maximize customer success and business growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of enterprise relationship management or consulting experience, with at least 2 years in Fintech, Neobanks, or Lending.
  • Strong domain expertise in BNPL, including high-velocity recurring repayments, merchant-of-record complexities, and credit-loss mitigation.
  • Familiarity with financial products and operations, such as ledgering, virtual cards, and ACH.
  • Executive presence with experience influencing C-level stakeholders in financial organizations.
  • Ability to manage a complex book of business across multiple time zones with operational rigor.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort navigating data to derive insights and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams internally and externally.
