🕗 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM OR 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

🚀 The Role: Custodian

This role is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the facility by performing routine cleaning, sanitation, and light maintenance tasks.

🔍 What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Experience with floor care equipment is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods
• Familiarity with cleaning products and safe usage practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing

• Sweep, mop, vacuum floors and clean carpets throughout the facility
• Operate floor care equipment to scrub, buff, and wax floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock paper and soap supplies
• Empty trash and recycling containers and ensure proper waste disposal
• Dust and clean furniture, windows, and fixtures
• Perform minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing dispensers
• Set up and break down furniture or equipment for meetings and events
• Identify and report safety hazards, maintenance needs, or equipment issues
• Follow safety and sanitation protocols at all times
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment responsibly and efficiently
• Other duties as assigned by management
