Accountant at Arrow Technologies (HCM)

We are seeking a skilled Accountant with 3-5 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting, demonstrating the ability to manage financial records accurately and efficiently.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights into financial performance and variances.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and improve financial processes.

• Proficient in financial reporting standards and practices, including GAAP or IFRS.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes, with experience in managing cash flow.
• Expertise in general ledger accounting and reconciliations, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data effectively.
