About the role:

We are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day, physical and remote IT support across multiple office locations. This role supports end users, new hire sets up and maintains devices and office technology, and acts as the onsite liaison for our managed IT/network vendor. The ideal candidate is highly organized and excels at time management and prioritization, with the ability to independently balance competing requests across multiple offices. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, a service-oriented mindset, and sound judgment to ensure business-critical issues are addressed efficiently while maintaining a consistent IT experience across all locations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide onsite and remote support for users, fixing hardware, software, connectivity, and office equipment issues.
  • Set up and maintain laptops, desktops, phones, and peripherals, and manage onboarding, offboarding, and device inventory.
  • Coordinate device shipping, repairs, replacements, and warranties.
  • Serve as the onsite contact for the IT/network vendor, escalate issues, support vendor projects, and follow IT procedures.
  • Manage user accounts, handle password resets, and maintain documentation for equipment and office setups.
