Overview
Infiltrator Water Technologies (IWT) is a market leader within the onsite wastewater treatment industry, Infiltrator manufactures a variety of revolutionary products and innovative, environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional stone and pipe leachfield and concrete septic wastewater system components. IWT is a wholly owned subsidiary of Advanced Drainage Systems (ticker: WMS, NYSE).
The majority of our products are produced almost entirely from recycled resins. Infiltrator’s recycling operation is among the country’s top twenty producers / consumers of recycled resins and among only a few of whom consume 100% of that resin in the finished products produced. Infiltrator operates some of largest molding machines and robotics producing the largest plastic molded parts in the world. IWT has always and continues to compete on innovation; we hold over 200 patents.
Responsibilities
Sr. Application Support Specialist
- Analyze & support JD Edwards (JDE) E1-based solutions, specializing in & serving as lead in-house expert for JDE manufacturing module, incl system functionality related to Manufacturing, Shop Floor, Cost Structure Changes, Demand Planning, MRP, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Mfg Accounting, & Inventory.
- Develop test plans, coordinate & perform software testing, & facilitate integration of technology into business operations to improve operations or efficiency.
- Provide input & assistance in developing & implementing business initiatives to support company operations & business decision-making.
- Provide training & tech support to system end-users. Use JDE tools to perform data extracts & analysis of data, document procedures related to job duties, & work w/ users to implement new tools & business processes
- Act as key team member in implementing third-party solutions that interface w/ JDE for business processes.
- Create new program versions to support launch of new business units, & work w/ users to conduct user acceptance testing on all modifications.
- Support SOX compliance reporting requirements & work w/ internal & external auditors to fill reporting requests.
- Min req: Bachelor’s degree in Comp Info Sys, Comp Science, or Elec Eng, & 8 yrs relevant prof exp. as JD Edwards Consultant, Delivery Project Lead, Application Support Specialist, Application Consultant, or JD Edwards Mfg/Distr Specialist
- 8 yrs exp supporting users in a JD Edwards-based manufacturing environment; 6 yrs exp on a JD Edwards implementation team w/ primary responsibility for the Manufacturing module in E1; & 1 yr exp using JDE Orchestrator.
