You will support senior leadership by coordinating multiple workstreams, managing key projects, and ensuring timely delivery of outcomes that advance organizational strategy. Acting as a liaison across teams, you will facilitate communication, streamline processes, and provide executive-level support to enhance leadership effectiveness. The position requires balancing administrative precision with strategic insight, managing critical initiatives, and maintaining discretion and confidentiality in all interactions. Accountabilities:- Coordinate and support project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and progress reviews across multiple initiatives.
- Organize and track documentation, status updates, action items, and team communication to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Lead and assist in planning meetings and key events, including preparation of materials, agendas, logistics, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain operational processes, templates, standards, and adherence to project management methodologies.
- Collect, compile, and prepare materials for leadership review, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and performance data to support informed decision-making.
- Provide executive support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting.
- Serve as a liaison across departments to drive alignment, collaboration, and operational efficiency.
- Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as required by leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Chief of Staff, Head of Administration, or Program/Project Management supporting executive-level leaders.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and complex workstreams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and web-based collaboration platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships internally and externally.
- Self-starter with initiative, forward thinking, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Located in Atlanta area preferred, with the ability to be onsite and travel to other sites up to 50% of the time.
