Warehouse Associate (Riverside, CA)

We are hiring Warehouse Associates at our Riverside, California warehouse. In this role, you will scan, pick, and pack orders and work alongside a team that enjoys working together.

What youll do- Prepare and organize inventory for shipping
- Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Follow clear on-screen instructions to complete daily tasks
- Pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely
- Receive, audit, and store incoming products
- Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals
- Help with other warehouse tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet the physical needs of the role, including standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shift
- 1-2 years of previous warehouse experience ideally in a similar environment
- Comfort working with productivity goals and daily targets
- Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety-minded
- Comfortable working a 5x8 schedule based on business needs, including Sundays and overtime
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills over time
- Day shift only
- Overtime may be required
- Sunday shifts are mandatory
- Starting pay of $20.25 USD per hour
- Eligible for quarterly bonuses through our Warehouse Incentive Program after 90 days

A note on pay
The starting pay for this role is $20.25 USD per hour.
After 90 days, you may be eligible for quarterly bonuses through our Warehouse Incentive Program.
Fullscript shares pay ranges to support transparency and help candidates make informed decisions. These ranges reflect base pay only and do not include stock options, wellness stipends, or other benefits that are part of Fullscripts total rewards package.
Final pay depends on your experience, skills, and location. We review compensation regularly to stay aligned with market data and internal equity. Benefits and total rewards may vary by region.
