Join our award-winning team at Well-Spring, where compassion, professionalism, and excellence come together to provide exceptional care for our residents. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for 2nd shift on our Memory Care unit.

Status: Full-Time
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
Schedule: This position follows a specific posted schedule; candidates must be able to work the assigned schedule.

As a CNA in our Memory Care community, you will play a vital role in supporting residents living with memory loss by providing compassionate care, structure, and reassurance throughout their daily routines. You will assist residents with activities of daily living while helping create a calm, supportive environment.

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Take and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff

• Support mobility, transfers, and repositioning

• Provide reassurance and engagement for residents with memory loss

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment

• Document care and follow individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

• Follow all safety and infection control guidelines

• Active CNA in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry

• Completion of an approved CNA training program

• Experience in memory care or dementia care preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role
