This role is a pivotal contributor to the growth and success of a leading product-led SaaS platform, driving adoption and engagement across technical and marketing audiences. The Product Marketing Manager will lead initiatives that optimize the end-to-end user journey, from onboarding to feature adoption, translating complex product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions. You will partner closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to shape go-to-market strategies, website messaging, in-app experiences, and campaigns that drive measurable results. This position blends analytical insight with creative storytelling, ensuring users experience frictionless activation and meaningful engagement. The ideal candidate thrives in a data-informed environment, continuously iterating on workflows, messaging, and activation strategies. You will influence both self-serve and enterprise adoption, helping position the platform as a preferred choice for developers, content creators, and technical decision-makers.
Accountabilities:- Optimize developer and user onboarding experiences, identifying friction points and improving time-to-value.
- Lead go-to-market initiatives, including product launches, website updates, email nurture campaigns, and in-app messaging.
- Translate product capabilities into clear messaging for diverse user personas, including developers, technical decision-makers, and marketers.
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Design teams to define hypotheses, success metrics, and A/B testing strategies for onboarding, activation, adoption, and retention.
- Manage experimentation roadmaps to enhance self-service and PLG user journeys across web, email, and in-app experiences.
- Own conversion optimization for key landing pages and user flows, ensuring alignment with product value and campaign narratives.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in product-led or self-service B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to implement PLG frameworks, data-driven campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience translating data insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Hands-on mentality and a track record of driving measurable results through messaging, UX, and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a remote environment.
- Passion for optimizing user experiences and translating complex product features into clear, value-driven messaging.
