About This Position
We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive performance at our dealership. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about developing people, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to improve results
Assist sales staff with closing deals and resolving customer concerns
Train and mentor new and existing team members on sales processes and product knowledge
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations
Maintain strong customer relationships and promote a positive buying experience
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction
Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and communicate performance updates to leadership
Qualifications
Previous dealership sales experience required
Prior leadership or management experience preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
