Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a skilled and motivated A&P Technician to join our PHF Maintenance team in a full‑time, hourly position. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise in Part 91/145 operations and Learjet maintenance—along with other major business‑jet and turboprop platforms—to support the safe and efficient performance of our aircraft fleet and retail customers.
What You Will Be Doing- Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Learjet aircraft as well as other makes and models, including Cessna Citation, Bombardier Challenger, Gulfstream, Beechcraft King Air, and Embraer Phenom.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and technical issues to ensure aircraft airworthiness.
- Accurately document all maintenance activities in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to prioritize tasks and meet operational timelines.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Stay current on industry practices, tools, and technologies relevant to A&P‑certified mechanics and modern aircraft systems.
- Valid Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification.
- Experience working in a Part 145 repair station environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining Learjet aircraft, with experience on additional platforms such as Citation, Challenger, Gulfstream, King Air, or Phenom preferred.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and safety‑compliance requirements.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including overtime or weekends, based on operational demands.
- Must provide personal tools and a shadowed toolbox.
