The Position: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required
Seeking entry level recruiting experience (1-2 years)
ATS experience preferred

Overview:

This position will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager while partnering with members of management within the organization.

Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:

Preparing and posting job advertisements online
Following up with candidates during recruitment process
Work closely with hiring managers regarding open positions
Assist with resume review with select positions
Perform background and reference checks on candidates
Assist candidates with the onboarding process
