This role is ideal for BCBAs who want to provide high quality, individualized care while feeling supported by leadership and protected from burnout.

- Average caseloads of 6 to 9 learners with protected clinical time

- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical culture
- Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and families
- CPR and First Aid certification or obtained within 30 days
- QBS Safety Care certification within 90 days
- Value ethical, client centered ABA over high volume caseloads
