Olde Town Pub: Marketing & Content Creation Manager at Belmont Point Management LLC – Leonardtown, Maryland

Olde Town Pub, located in the heart of Leonardtown, MD, is hiring for a Marketing & Content Creation Manager to join their team! This position is being posted by Belmont Point Management, LLC on behalf of Olde Town Pub. This is a remote position, however, the selected applicant MUST be able to reliably commute to Leonardtown, MD on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Olde Town Pub’s services.
• Create and manage marketing materials including flyers, signage, and digital/social media content.
• Coordinate marketing schedules and campaigns across platforms (social media, email, in-person promotions).
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and marketing agencies to produce high-quality content.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Support internal communications and patron engagement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and business development goals.
• Capture a wide range of content, including photos of food, beverages, employee spotlights, merchandise, and other brand assets.
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of marketing experience is required.
• Experience providing social media and marketing services in the food, bar, and/or entertainment industry is highly desired.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and branding.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Graphic design experience preferred.

Salary range:

$55,000 - $65,000
