Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily on-site operations for civil construction and utility projects.

  • Coordinate workforce, subcontractors, equipment, and materials to meet project schedules and goals.

  • Monitor job site safety, enforce compliance with OSHA and company standards, and conduct regular safety meetings.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.

  • Communicate proactively with project managers, engineers, and inspectors to resolve issues and keep work moving forward.

  • Track and document job progress, including labor, equipment use, and materials.

  • Support project documentation by assisting with reports, photos, and timesheets.

  • Ensure field work meets quality standards and adheres to project specifications.

  • Provide direction, mentorship, and accountability to crews working in the field.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field supervision or site leadership, preferably in civil construction or utilities.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Valid drivers license required.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Knowledge of job site safety standards and OSHA regulations.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, scopes, and specifications.

  • Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and internal crews.

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with both field and office teams.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for project assignments.

Schedule
