As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Technician/ Plumber to join our team to deliver service solutions to our residential and light commercial customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial properties
- Diagnose plumbing issues, troubleshoot efficiently, and be able to present viable solutions
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding the problem, recommended solutions, timeline, and pricing
- Document jobs in company app include:
- Detailed job notes
- Materials used
- Before / during / after photos
- Completion of solution sheets as required
- Maintain accurate records and coordinate as needed with dispatch and team members to keep jobs moving smoothly
- Promoting the company
- Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, professional truck and jobsite; treat customer property with care
- Stay current on industry best practices, products, and evolving plumbing technology
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of plumbing experience (service preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to perform manual work and lift equipment/materials as needed
- High attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes and regulations
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
