  • Maintain and optimize contract workflows using procurement and CRM systems, becoming the subject matter expert for legal tools and platforms.
  • Update and manage standard contract templates, playbooks, terms, and termination documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Support litigation and legal operations by managing dockets, organizing case files, and triaging incoming legal requests and correspondence.

  • Oversee intellectual property operations, including global IP docketing, brand protection support, and DMCA compliance management.
  • Track contract and legal metrics while supporting process improvements and operational efficiencies across the legal function.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Pre-Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of paralegal experience, including at least 1 year in an in-house legal team within a consumer technology company.
  • Strong hands-on experience with contract lifecycle management, including redlining, e-signature, and contract archiving tools.
  • Familiarity with litigation processes, docketing, and legal operations workflows.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage high-volume legal requests efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience building or improving legal processes, templates, or workflows is highly valued.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset with strong business judgment.
  • Experience with AI tools or legal technology platforms is a plus.
  • Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (preferred/required as specified).
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $130,000 – $150,000 USD (based on experience and location)
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance (100% employer-paid for employees)
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions
  • Equity opportunities as part of the total compensation package
  • Flexible PTO, company-wide holidays, and seasonal shutdown periods
  • Mental wellness and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) support
  • Learning and development programs to support professional growth
  • Remote-first work environment with equipment and reimbursement support
  • Additional perks including product memberships and device benefits
