This role sits within a fast-paced creative environment where storytelling meets multi-platform video production. You will be responsible for shaping engaging video content that supports marketing and brand initiatives across broadcast, digital, and social channels. The position involves working across the full production lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery. You will collaborate with creative teams to translate ideas into compelling visual narratives. The work requires strong technical editing skills combined with creative direction and storytelling ability. This is a remote position offering autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to impact a wide audience at scale.
- Participate in all stages of video production, including concept development, storyboarding, editing, post-production, finishing, and final delivery.
- Develop creative, on-brand video ideas aligned with project objectives and campaign requirements.
- Produce and edit high-quality video content optimized for broadcast, digital platforms, and social media channels.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine creative direction, incorporate feedback, and align outputs with marketing goals.
- Troubleshoot production and post-production challenges independently and efficiently.
- 5+ years of experience in video editing, production, or a similar creative role.
- Strong expertise in visual storytelling, including writing, cinematography, editing, and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and professional post-production workflows.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, media settings, color profiles, and delivery specifications.
- Experience in location-based production, including lighting, audio, and on-site shooting workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in Broadcast, Film Production, or equivalent experience, with a strong portfolio/showreel required.
- Starting salary from $60,000 annually
