We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Lead Associate with strong experience in HVAC and plumbing to support our growing commercial installation team. This role is key to our success; you’ll collaborate closely with our lead estimator, project managers, and the procurement team to ensure our operations run smoothly.
What You'll Do:
- Receiving & Inventory
- Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect for damage
- Accurately enter received goods into inventory systems
- Label and store materials in designated warehouse locations
- Communicate discrepancies or damaged goods to supervisors
- Tool Crib Management
- Issue and track tools, equipment, and supplies to employees
- Maintain accurate records of tool usage, returns, and condition
- Perform routine audits of tool inventory
- Ensure tools are clean, organized, and in good working condition
- Stock & Warehouse Duties
- Maintain organized stock levels and storage areas
- Perform cycle counts and assist with full inventory counts
- Replenish stock as needed to support operations
- Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment
- Vehicle Maintenance Records
- Maintain and update records for all company vehicles, including service history, inspections, and repairs
- Coordinate with vendors or internal staff for vehicle repairs and maintenance
- Keep organized digital and/or physical files for all fleet documentation

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift certified
- Clean driving record
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and construction drawings.
- Proficiency with computer software (e.g., Service Titan, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams).
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to adopt new tools, including AI-driven systems that enhance accuracy and workflow efficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
