1. Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems (RTUs, walk-in coolers/freezers, split systems, etc.)
2. Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
3. Diagnose system issues and recommend effective repair solutions
4. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
5. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
6. Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate service documentation

1. 3+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
2. EPA Certification (required)
3. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
5. Experience with plumbing or construction is a plus
6. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
