This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You will manage full-funnel ABM campaigns while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and operationally seamless. The position requires a strong blend of analytical, creative, and organizational skills to measure campaign performance, influence content strategy, and drive measurable results. You will play a key role in building and scaling an integrated campaigns function, helping shape campaign frameworks, and improving overall marketing effectiveness. This is a high-impact role with visibility across teams and the ability to directly influence revenue generation and customer engagement. Accountabilities
  • Lead the tactical execution of full-funnel ABM and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, webinars, paid social, advertising, video, and direct mail.
  • Support planning, building, and optimizing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue for new and existing customers.
  • Map existing content to campaign needs and partner with content and product marketing teams to influence future content plans.
  • Analyze campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and share insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure coordinated execution and maximize account engagement.
  • Work cross-functionally across brand, creative, content, project management, and marketing operations to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and consistently.
  • Establish repeatable processes with Revenue Operations to support scalable go-to-market execution.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, and ABM.
  • Proven ability to execute campaigns aligned with strategic business goals that deliver measurable results.
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand generation and ABM frameworks.
  • Skilled at leading through influence and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to drive coordinated campaign execution.
  • Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to generate pipeline and accelerate account engagement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey plans clearly across teams.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments is strongly preferred.
