This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. You will manage full-funnel ABM campaigns while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure campaigns are strategically aligned and operationally seamless. The position requires a strong blend of analytical, creative, and organizational skills to measure campaign performance, influence content strategy, and drive measurable results. You will play a key role in building and scaling an integrated campaigns function, helping shape campaign frameworks, and improving overall marketing effectiveness. This is a high-impact role with visibility across teams and the ability to directly influence revenue generation and customer engagement. - Lead the tactical execution of full-funnel ABM and demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, including email, webinars, paid social, advertising, video, and direct mail.
- Support planning, building, and optimizing campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue for new and existing customers.
- Map existing content to campaign needs and partner with content and product marketing teams to influence future content plans.
- Analyze campaign performance, recommend optimizations, and share insights to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure coordinated execution and maximize account engagement.
- Work cross-functionally across brand, creative, content, project management, and marketing operations to ensure campaigns are executed seamlessly and consistently.
- Establish repeatable processes with Revenue Operations to support scalable go-to-market execution.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, and ABM.
- Proven ability to execute campaigns aligned with strategic business goals that deliver measurable results.
- Deep understanding of B2B demand generation and ABM frameworks.
- Skilled at leading through influence and aligning cross-functional stakeholders to drive coordinated campaign execution.
- Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to generate pipeline and accelerate account engagement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey plans clearly across teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments is strongly preferred.
- Competitive salary ranges depending on geographic location (Zone 1: $108,000–$149,000; Zone 2: $97,000–$134,000; Zone 3: $92,000–$127,000).
