In this role, you will lead enterprise sales initiatives, develop high-performing teams, and drive revenue growth through disciplined execution and strategic collaboration.
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to consistently exceed revenue targets
- Establish a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and clear performance expectations
- Drive pipeline generation and ensure strong collaboration between Account Executives and business development teams
- Oversee execution of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including both new business and account expansion
- Implement and reinforce structured sales methodologies to improve deal quality and predictability
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to align go-to-market strategies
- Build and maintain partnerships with external stakeholders, including system integrators and technology partners
- Deliver accurate forecasting and provide strategic insights to executive leadership
The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with a strong track record of building high-performing teams and closing complex deals in large-scale environments.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top-performing sales talent
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in complex enterprise sales environments
- Strong experience selling technical or data-driven solutions to large organizations
- Expertise in managing both new business (“land”) and expansion (“expand”) sales motions
- Ability to lead through change and inspire teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with internal teams and external partners
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive-level engagement skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting and pipeline management capabilities
- Experience leveraging modern tools and technologies, including AI-driven sales insights (preferred)
