About the Role:

The People Lead plays a pivotal role in shaping and nurturing the organizational culture by leading and developing the human capital within the company. This position is responsible for driving employee engagement, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives. The People Lead collaborates closely with leadership teams to identify talent needs, implement effective recruitment and retention strategies, and support career development initiatives. By championing diversity, equity, and inclusion, the People Lead helps create an environment where all employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their best work. Ultimately, this role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent to sustain long-term success and growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or people management roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices applicable within the United States.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or related discipline.
  • Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems(ADP) and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality HR services and support.
  • Develop and implement strategies for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and retention.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on organizational development and change management.
  • Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to inform decision-making and continuously improve people-related processes and programs.

The People Lead utilizes strong leadership and interpersonal skills daily to inspire and guide their team while fostering collaboration across departments.
