In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of national and regional cardiovascular marketing initiatives that aim to transform patient outcomes and improve LDL-C management. You will oversee cross-functional programs, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive measurable impact across the healthcare ecosystem. Your work will influence quality and value-based care frameworks, support emerging performance metrics, and promote innovative, above-brand campaigns. This position combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership, offering the opportunity to shape initiatives that advance cardiovascular care and patient access to treatment. The role requires engagement with healthcare providers, advocacy groups, and institutional decision-makers to ensure programs meet both clinical and market objectives. Accountabilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for CV IMPACT initiatives.
  • Design and execute innovative programs aligned with brand imperatives to improve cardiovascular care and LDL-C management.
  • Ensure flawless execution of multi-channel campaigns, stakeholder summits, sponsorship pull-through, and communication programs.
  • Engage with opinion leaders, professional societies, institutional decision-makers, and payers to shape initiatives and advance adoption.
  • Oversee budget management, performance tracking, and program evaluation to ensure measurable success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, advocacy, communications, field teams, and marketing to align strategies and priorities.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate with 4+ years of marketing experience, or Master’s with 7+ years, or Bachelor’s with 9+ years of marketing experience.
  • Preferably an MBA in marketing, healthcare management, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success in marketing strategy and execution within specialty or cardiovascular markets.
  • Experience with healthcare quality measures, value-based care frameworks, and their influence on clinical outcomes.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and ability to influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience collaborating with field sales to implement marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills, including vendor and agency coordination, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
