About This Position
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Staff Full Stack Engineer in Brazil.
This role sits at the core of a major greenfield modernization initiative aimed at transforming legacy spreadsheet-driven processes into a scalable, enterprise-grade cloud platform for infrastructure demand forecasting. You will design and build a next-generation system that enables large-scale planning across multiple business units, supporting hundreds of concurrent users and complex approval workflows. The platform will unify fragmented tools into a single, reliable solution that improves forecast accuracy, reduces manual coordination, and accelerates planning cycles from weeks to days. You will work across frontend, backend, data pipelines, and infrastructure, owning end-to-end system architecture and delivery. This is a high-impact engineering role where you will directly shape critical planning systems used across global infrastructure operations. The environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and focused on scalability, reliability, and data-driven decision-making.
- Design and build a full-stack platform including web applications, RESTful APIs, CLI tools, and data pipelines supporting infrastructure demand forecasting
- Architect and implement complex workflow engines with multi-stage approvals, SLA tracking, automated routing, and notifications
- Develop data normalization and validation systems that standardize inputs, translate infrastructure demand, and enforce real-time constraints
- Build hierarchical forecasting and aggregation systems across business units, geographies, and multiple planning scenarios
- Create dashboards and reporting tools with advanced analytics, variance tracking, and multi-format data exports (CSV, JSON, Excel, API)
- Implement predictive analytics capabilities including time series modeling, seasonal decomposition, and ML-based demand forecasting
- Design scalable, secure, and highly reliable distributed systems with strong observability and performance optimization
- Own security and access control systems including SSO integration, RBAC, encryption, and full audit logging
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in enterprise internal tools or planning/forecasting platforms
- Strong experience migrating legacy systems such as spreadsheets or fragmented portals into modern web applications
- Deep full-stack expertise across frontend and backend development, delivering end-to-end systems
- Proven ability to design and implement complex stateful workflow engines with multi-level approvals and SLA enforcement
- Strong experience building RESTful APIs with versioning, error handling, rate limiting, and OpenAPI documentation
- Solid data engineering experience including ETL pipelines, validation frameworks, and data normalization processes
- Experience with RBAC systems and enterprise authentication protocols (SSO, SAML, OIDC)
- Strong understanding of relational databases, query optimization, and scalable data architecture
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and observability tools is highly valued
- Experience with forecasting, time series analysis, or ML-based prediction models is a strong plus
- Excellent problem-solving, ownership mindset, and ability to operate in complex technical environments
- Fully remote role across Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Chile
- Opportunity to work on a greenfield platform with high architectural ownership
- High-impact role shaping enterprise-scale infrastructure planning systems
- Exposure to modern cloud-native technologies and large-scale distributed systems
- Strong engineering culture focused on autonomy, ownership, and innovation
- Collaboration with international, highly skilled consulting and engineering teams
- Opportunity to work on advanced forecasting, analytics, and ML-driven systems
- Fast-paced environment with meaningful technical challenges and growth opportunities
