POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for general upkeep, sanitation and cleaning, and minor maintenance of facility.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

•	Cleans and maintains floors daily
•	Cleans and sanitizes all washroom facilities routinely.
•	Empties waste baskets throughout the building.
•	Vacuums, sweeps and dust offices.
•	Maintains outside grounds and removes litter.
•	May assist with moving of equipment and or office furniture.
•	Assists with snow and ice removal when needed.
•	Complete job related checklists and forms.
•	Monitor pest control devices.
•	Reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules are subject to change to meet company and business requirements.
•	Attendance at work is an essential function of this job.
