About This Position

Personal Care Assistant

Full Time - Part Time

The Personal Care Assistant, under the supervision of the Direct of Home Care RN, is responsible for the delivery of quality services to our residents. They provide resident care, assisting the resident to reach and maintain the highest level of functioning under the direction of a licensed nurse in conjunction with physician's directions, company and industry standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
  • CPR certification and training in Basic First Aid is required (will certify on site if hired)

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Working with the elderly: 1 year (Required)
