What you will do

As a Senior Owner’s Representative, you’ll bring architecturally significant, one-of-a-kind projects to life. You’ll lead every phase, from vision to closeout, with ownership over scope, schedule, and budget, serving as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders. You’ll inspire confidence and drive action while taking ultimate responsibility for your projects’ success.

At Peak Projects, you’ll guide and grow a high-performing team to ensure accountability and excellence at every step. Your time will be split between hands-on project oversight, managing a team, and supporting business development efforts that position Peak Projects for continued growth and success. Whether you’re solving complex challenges, strengthening client relationships, or developing future leaders, this role offers a powerful blend of strategy, execution, and impact.

Project Oversight (50%)

  • Shape and lead the strategic direction of 8–10+ projects while cultivating long-term client relationships and driving outcomes.
  • Oversee your team's development and ongoing refinement of comprehensive project plans that meet regulatory requirements and Peak Projects’ value proposition to clients.
  • Accountable for your team meeting and exceeding our clients’ expectations in overseeing each project’s finances, including budget development, cost tracking, and invoice reviews.
  • Oversee your team’s management of contract execution, design development, and construction administration activities across all project phases, including supporting the clients’ due diligence efforts.
  • Lead strategic risk management by guiding teams to identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks related to design, costs, budget, and construction.

Team & Operations Management (45%)

  • Hire and build an engaged, high-performing team that consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Manage a team of Owner’s Representatives and Associate Owner’s Representatives by building accountability and driving interdependent team performance.
  • Proactively forecast upcoming project needs and manage team utilization to meet billable targets.
  • Provide clear and structured feedback and coaching to support the professional growth of direct reports while reinforcing Peak’s high client service and project delivery standards.
  • Support team members in navigating project challenges and providing project continuity.

Business Development (5%)

  • Cultivate strong partner and client relationships by consistently delivering value, anticipating needs, and acting as a strategic advisor.
  • Support the Regional Principals with proposals that grow the regional business.
  • Represent Peak at regional industry events to reinforce our reputation and expand our professional network.
  • Contribute to market intelligence by researching and sharing trends, client feedback, and insights that inform our positioning as an industry leader.
  • Identify opportunities for follow-on work and repeat engagements by understanding client priorities.

Required Experience and Skills

  • 10-12 years of progressive experience in project management within the high-end residential, architecture, construction, or real estate industries
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-phase projects from pre-construction through closeout, with full accountability for scope, budget, schedule, and client expectations
  • Exceptional client management skills with a track record of earning repeat business through delivery excellence and strategic partnership
  • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams, including providing feedback, fostering professional development, and driving collaboration
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost tracking, pay app/invoice review, and contract administration
  • Ability to anticipate risks and lead teams through problem-solving and risk mitigation
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence in leading meetings, managing stakeholders, and contributing to business development efforts.
  • Leverage approved generative and agentic AI tools (Google Gemini, etc.) to research, draft content, streamline processes, and continuously refine messaging.

  • Monthly Reimbursement - You will receive $100 per month as a stipend to offset cell phone/internet cost

  • Company Bonus Program - You will be eligible to participate in the Company Performance Bonus Program. Your target payout under the Program will be 10%, with final payout dependent upon Company and individual performance
  • Generous PTO and Sick Days - You are entitled to 12 days of PTO in addition to 7 sick days
  • Holiday Time - You will also receive 9 paid holidays per year, plus a 4 day office closure at the end of the year between Christmas and New Years Eve

Compensation

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate, monthly rate, or annual salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable.


The pay range for this role is:
190,000 - 200,000 USD per year(Hybrid (New York, New York, US))
