Job Summary:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) in float pool, you will play a crucial role in delivering essential support to clients, assisting them with their daily personal care needs, household tasks, and health-related activities. This position requires a compassionate nature, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to providing excellent care while promoting a safe and comfortable environment for clients.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred.
- Previous experience as a home health aide, caregiver, or in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Float Pool, agency, or contract experience preferred.
- Understanding of basic healthcare practices, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Compassionate nature with a strong desire to assist and care for others.
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting clients.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and/or access to a reliable vehicle or transportation.
Compensation:
- $15.00-$18.00 an hour
