Now Hiring: Assistant Chief Engineer

Location: Marriott Hotel & Golf Club at Champions Circle, Fort Worth, TX

Essential Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• Ensure hotel security and safety compliance.
• Maintain system documentation and manage HVAC, pool, and boiler systems.
• Respond to guest service requests and maintain hotel aesthetics.
• Support team member recognition and training programs.
• Follow company policies and maintain a clean work environment.

Skills & Abilities:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance operations.

Education/Experience:

• Vocational certification in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in maintenance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform various physical activities.

Hours:

• Flexible schedule with potential night and weekend shifts.
